A new electronic health record system

On July 16, 2024, Nevada Health Centers will begin using the Epic electronic health record system to help manage your care. Epic is a leader in health information systems, and by making this switch we hope to make it even easier for our providers to give you the care you and your family need — and to make it easier for you to navigate your healthcare experience with us.

As we adopt the new system, we ask for your patience and support. Our providers and support staff have worked hard to embrace this new technology, and while we never anticipate any changes to the care you receive, we apologize if you experience any delays as a result. We are working hard to ensure a smooth experience for you, and please let us know right away if something isn’t right.

 

Introducing the MyChart patient portal 

We are excited to announce our new MyChart patient portal, which will be available for enrollment after July 16, 2024. MyChart is used by thousands of health centers, medical offices, and hospitals throughout the United States and gives you a better way to communicate with your healthcare provider, check test results, request medication refills, and schedule appointments.

Please watch your text messages for more information about how to enroll in the MyChart patient portal. Also, after July 16, if you are visiting one of our health centers for an appointment, you may ask your provider or our front office staff about how to enroll.
