Friday -  8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (no patient appts; admin only)
Closed for lunch noon to 1 p.m.

Payment options

We accept Medicaid, Medicare, Nevada Check Up, and most private insurances. We also offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program that is based on family size and income.
